Q: Am I charged for shipping for every single order?
A: Yes, each order will have a shipping charge. We have extended cart times to 8 hours so that you can have time to shop around before making your decisions and checking out to maximize that shipping fee
Q: How long does it take for orders to ship? When will I expect my order to ship?
A: Our vendors ship our items directly to you. They ask that you please allow 7-10 business days to process the order, and 15 business days for shipping. Shipping labels are also created at the beginning of this processing timeline, so it can take time for tracking to update once that label is created. Orders can definitely ship sooner than this, but this is their guided timeline. Most items have the processing timeframe listed in the description of the order. Please refer to the description for this info.
Q: I only received part of my order, where is the rest?
A: Our vendors will sometimes go ahead and ship items they have readily available, and the other items may ship separately.
Q: Why aren't my packages from DDP Boutique anymore?
A: We are excited to have our vendors entire inventory at our fingertips to offer our customers full size ranges and excellent prices by having our vendors ship your orders for us! So, orders will not be from our location, but from the vendors directly.
Q: How do I return something?
A: All returns are able to be submitted using our easy return portal here. This is a self help return portal that will walk you through the steps in making a return. Please remember: all returns must be initiated within 7 days of the item delivering to you! This is our vendors policy. You will also see that the return will ship back to our vendor, NOT to us, since we no longer house the items in a local warehouse. Q: Am I able to cancel an order once I place it?
A: If you have made a mistake and need to cancel, please reach out to us within 24 hours of the order being placed. We have to reach out to our vendor to make sure they are able to cancel before we can proceed to cancel on our end. It is not guaranteed that we can cancel, but we will always try to get it cancelled for you if the vendor permits! If we are able to cancel the order, the order will be credited, not refunded.
Q: What is REDO return coverage for $2.98 that I see at checkout?
A: This is an optional fee that covers the cost of return shipping in the event that you need to return an item in your order. If you do not have REDO return coverage on your order and need to make a return, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your return credit once it is delivered and processed. We suggest going ahead and purchasing REDO coverage, especially if you are unsure if the item will work for you or not.
