Cancellations:


Once you place an order and you want to cancel, please let us know ASAP. We have to request for the cancellation from the vendor. It is not guaranteed they will approve, but we will be happy to request that cancellation for you. Please also note that ALL CANCELLATIONS are for STORE CREDIT ONLY.


If it cannot be cancelled, you can return using our return portal back to the vendor for store credit.


Return Information :

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of you receiving the item!

In the event that an item does not work out for you, we ask that you initiate the return in the return portal asap, within 7 days of delivery. Once the return is delivered back to the supplier, we will credit your account. Please allow 10-14 business days from the time it delivers for the return to be credited.


We do not offer exchanges. You can use the credit we apply to re-purchase the item you wanted to exchange for.


Non-returnable items include:

  • Items sent back after 7 days of delivery
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Discounted items 40% off or more (either discount or using a coupon)
  • Items not in original condition with stains, smells, or pet hair


Please go through the return portal and fill out the return information. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a label(FREE if you have REDO protection, or the label cost will be deducted from your return credit) and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


The item must be in it's original condition, free of stains, smells, or pet hair. Once the supplier receives the return, please allow 10-14 business days for the process of the return. If Redo returns coverage is purchased at checkout, then return shipping cost will be covered. Otherwise, customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping in the return portal. Please also note: choose package pickup is an additional fee for convenience.
